MODERN DESIGN
If we can make our classical diva seem relevant, timely, and modern, surely that will sell more records, right? Sometimes this approach fits, as when contemporary works get sleek typographic treatments or conceptual imagery; and sometimes it doesn't, as when divas think they can be hip and groovy.
