All those regular folks are out there just waiting to adore her, but they are intimidated by those serious opera composers, crazy plots, and characters with unpronounceable names. They need a different way in. Our diva has many styles of music to choose from that Average Joe can relate to?popular standards, folk songs, musicals, holiday carols, hymns, jazz. While crossing over, generally speaking musical integrity is irrelevant and the album covers are fabulous.
